We have lived here for 5 weeks and love the location and the community property. However, the Property Manager has shown a clear bias against residents with disabilities. We recently asked for an accommodation for an Emotional Support Animal (ESA) and her actions made the process extremely stressful. Despite her years of experience as a housing provider, she demanded completion of an unnecessary form and training of the ESA in order for us to be granted the accommodation. Been living here for almost a year and I love it. Modern and beautiful apartments that are incredibly spacious. Love the valet trash and gated parking. Awesome 👏 👏👏
I loved living at Aventura! I was there for three years- my apartment was beautiful, the grounds/pool were always very well kept, I really appreciated how friendly the office managers/ staff are, and it was very fun to watch the new things added to the complex each year (like visits from food trucks, resident appreciation events, pet-of-the-month, etc). I cannot recommend this place highly enough! (Especially if you need to be close to Barnes Jewish, it is ideal!)
Aventura at Forest Park is such a beautiful living community. Wonderful staff who are very efficient and helpful. Residents are all super friendly and welcoming! :)
the manager is so friendly, approachable, and always willing to take care of her tenants. great place to live.
Live here for 16 months and loved it! Close to everything you need in the Grove and CWE. AC is great in hot summers and heat is toasty in the frigid winters. Never had an issue with small repairs, mail, deliveries or anything. Managers Robbie and Lora are super duper kind and friendly. They do everything they can to assure you get what you need. The open patios, grills, pool, workout space, all great perks of living here. You won't be disappointed living here one bit.
I can’t recommend the Aventura highly enough! I love my apartment, the complex grounds, and the surrounding area. I also feel very safe and secure here. But, what really makes this place so wonderful are the two wonderful people behind it all - Lora and Robbie! I've lived in Aventura since August of 2014 and it's honestly the most put together, well maintained apartment complex I've seen or lived in! The leasing managers and maintenance staff are responsive but more importantly personable and relatable. It's refreshing to get coffee in the morning or stop by for candy and a chat in the afternoon! Spacious living, new appliances, and well kept facilities make this a perfect place to rent an apartment in a very accessible part of St. Louis.
