Very nice!! My daughter lived there as her first apartment. Super cute!! The apartment had good natural light electricity was really low because of not having to turn on lights. Washer and dryer in the unit was a plus!! It’s located near everything!! Location is perfect if you like to walk or bike. I especially appreciated the owners communication. INFESTED with cockroaches. The worst I’ve ever seen! They’re in my microwave, shower, toilet, dishwasher, sink, cabinets, drawers, refrigerator and on the walls and ceilings. Numerous roaches daily! Loud upstairs neighbors, kids running on the floors day and night, thin walls, I can hear the next apartment over arguing on occasion. Sketchy people living in the building across the street. Dirty, run down, old. DESPERATELY needs modernized! Dark dingy apartment. Not much good to say. Glad I’m finally leaving.
