My teenager and I toured this complex on a Saturday, knowing our lease wasn't up for a few months at our current complex. After visiting, we both were sold. Aventon Gwynn is so much nicer than where we currently are and in comparing other new build complexes, you get more space and amenities for your money. The process for getting an apartment there was super simple. Elmer, LeeAnn, Joe, and Brett are true professionals! I left another complex because the property management got progressively worse! I’ve been here for 5 months. This place has been one of the best apartments I’ve lived in. They are very helpful and maintenance doesn’t waste any time getting your orders completed. Leanne really sold this place for me during the tour. She did not oversell and was very knowledgeable regarding the property. I am having a great experience so far.
