I love aventon Cary! I’ve had a great experience living here for the past few months. There was a tiny hiccup with our fire alarm system but they took care of it & made sure all residents were aware of the situation. There’s a parking garage with so many spots & then some spots around the building for residents and visitors. Anyone complaining about having to walk ten extra steps due to the parking garage is being dramatic! The amenities are wonderful & the staff are so kind!
Very nice community in the middle of everything! Nice parking deck to keep my vehicle covered from the elements! What more could you ask for!
This place -Aventon Cary -cannot Reccomend 105 % Horrible.Assigned Parking and a tow Truck on site, Although they don’t have enough parking .Additionally the fire alarm goes off at night and everyone had to evacuate the building multiple times…The staff is rude and hateful plus a the land is located near a natural gas line.If that matters.Absolutely cannot recommend .RUN
This community is absolutely glowing. Saxton gave a very informative and friendly tour. The amenities were varied and plenty, and the apartments themselves are stunning.
The service crew at Aventon Cary, especially , Ayoub is amazing. I had a maintenance issue, a few minutes after I submitted the request, Ayoub was on my door steps and fixing the problem. Ayoub is not only solving the problem also gave me the maintenance tip to prevent future issue! Ayoub is very professional, the job is completed very fast and professional! highly recommend!
