I have been here since June so here is my honest review!! Pros: The apartment is a nice size! They offer nice community events and I love the smart thermostat! That is a great touch! Before getting out the bed you can turn the temperature up or before you arrive home. Moving to Aventon Cary has been a dream come true for my husband & I. From being in a very uncomfortable, unpleasant apartment community before this let me tell you this place is a breath of fresh air!!! The apartments are very modern, spacious, open, absolutely stunning, and they offer great amenities - parking garage being one of our favorite things!
