I am living at Adviner woodbridge for more than 5years, Living in this community has been a positive experience. The staff from the new Property Manager- Elora Michel to maintenance have been fantastic. I originally was interested in Adviner its very nice complex that is conveniently located right of the W Airport Blvd and close to Kroger, Gas & Wallgreen. It is clean and well maintained complex and It has nice pool area. I would certainly recommend this location as a great place to live.
One of the best things about Advenir is their maintenance. The guys are professional, friendly and courteous. They make it their business to make sure that what's wrong is righted. Generally speaking, all work orders are done in a timely manner. They also must have had a significant management change in the last year because the people in the front office are much more civil, understanding and personable. It is a decent community, however, I have had to submit too many maintenance requests over the past year. When i originally signed my lease, I was informed that I would be getting an upgraded apartment, containing upgraded appliances. With the problems I've had with I believe every appliance in my apartment, it is safe to say that these appliances were old and not upgraded. Also, trash pick-up needs to be consistent. This company Advenir raised my rent over 200 during this pandemic.
Any time you need to speak with the leasing office you will he talked down to. Molly in particular has no sense of professionalism or a care for any resident. All they are concerned with is themselves. Verna however is very pleasant to speak with and does what she can in her power. But it seems upper management restricts any means of their authority to their offices. Especially during a national crisis, you think they would be accommodating or the slightest bit consoling.
