Loved living here in the 3 years prior to Advenir taking over. Don't spend your money to have to deal with the incompetence that is this awful management company.
Incompetence at its finest. Been here for almost 3 years and the new management has no idea what they are doing. Have been waiting for a new dishwasher for over a month after they closed out my maintenance tickets twice without ever coming to my unit. They could care less about the residents that live here every decision they make is at our expense. STAY AWAY.
Before it was Advenir I loved living here. The new management is terrible!! If you want a friendly atmosphere this is not the place to be. Don’t pay out the ass to be treated like shit to live here

When we started working on the compactor our number one goal was to provide safety for all our residents by eliminating the dumpsters due to the bear issue we were having. Also it would be providing us more parking spaces. We understand that a lot of residents are unhappy and we are working on other solutions.
