RecommendedThe apt is spacious and layout is great. Nice open concept. The main pool area is quite large and well maintained. The location is fabulous!!
I have lived on the property for a year & recently renewed my lease. Louis is a patient, kind & helpful manager. He goes above & beyond to ensure that the residents on property are satisfied & comfortable.

An absolute niche surrounding with all the necessary amenities within the community, or at a minute of walk. Love the serenity, secureness which is really hard to be found around.
Unfortunately I’ve been dealing with MUSIC PLAYING neighbors since I moved in. The apartment only goes so far before they basically say “deal with it.” The skinny white lady with glasses even took the length to ROLL HER EYES when I said I have young children living with me. I hate my apartment and I HATE being at home. Me and my fiancé have tired ourselves out with fighting for peace lol. If you move here get ear plugs or else you’ll regret it and the office won’t care. I am staying in this community from last 5 years . Loved this place . Safe and sound . Friendly neighborhood . Dedicated community services . Recently extended the lease for one more year .
I’ve been living here for almost 5yrs. The only plus about these apartments is the space of the two bedrooms. Customer service is horrible when you actually get a hold of someone. They have a dog park that hardly gets used but no park for children who are left to play in the parking lots. If you live on the first floor you will definitely have a roach problem. My Mom Marie stay in this apartment for almost 2 years now, she was in one bedroom apartment after 9 months of her lease she decided she wants to move in 2 bedroom so she can have more space for when I come visit, they charge $600 some to transfer her ,the reason I'm writing this review is because since my mom move in to her 2br she only getting problem on top of problem it's under new manager, or assistant manager , she took a list of things that don't work properly at her apartment and bring it to the office , no one came ... read more
