This community is really trying to make upgrades and keep their residents happy.
They do not fix or replace things. Office staff call it harassment if a resident comes in and complains to much.. people are waiting months to get appliances replaced. Most of the amenities promised are mostly broken. Pool was always dirty. It’s a shame the the new owners came in they ruined the apartment complex
Do not rent here!! They kept my security deposit with no explanation and I got a letter from a debt collector 3 months after I moved out for $1300 with 0 explanation and no cooperation through Aventine management! Horrible thing to do to people! If you want to leave an apartment with good credit score DO NOT RENT HERE
Poor communication , maintenance does not communicate , or complete jobs in a timely manner, office doesn't answer the phones or return calls. New lease agreements are not written up in a timely manner and when asked they lie and give excuses for everything. They don't care for any of the residents nor does their corporate office ..would not recommend any if there locations , check out there BBB ratings not good or either company facebook pages speak for themselves
Lived there 7 years ~ prior to current owners... absolutely unacceptable living conditions ~ zero follow up for maintenance requests~ no returned phone calls ~ purely do not care about the residents!
pick up the garbage, fix the appliances, return phone calls , knowledgeable office staff..the list is too long
