The front office refuses to answer their phone and also most of the other residents are disgusting & careless people. Someone keeps letting their dog pee all over the hallways and flinging their used blunts anywhere they want. Gross people gross apartments

I lived at Aventine Fort Totten for over three years, and my experience was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend living here. The building has a serious roach infestation that management never adequately addressed. The property is also often filled with trash, and during the winter they don’t properly shovel snow, making it unsafe for residents.
