No one came into do anything. Still waiting for them to replace my blind rod in my master (blue) bedroom. It's been several weeks since ordered. Also, the man that came for state inspection said I would get a whole new blind for my bedroom, but nothing has been done.. The maintenance man that used to work for Aventine was much better at getting things done than your new workers. I only leave my front door unlocked IF I know they are coming. My work hours are late so I sleep late until 9-930am. So please get this done for me ... read more
Maintenance… Terrible lately
I submitted three maintenance tickets for issues in my apartment. The AC was checked about three weeks ago, and I was told the thermostat needed to be replaced, but no one has come back. I also submitted tickets for the stove and refrigerator, but no one has come to check them. This has happened multiple times with previous management as well.
