New management seems to be cleaning Aventine up in a great way. The new ppl in the office are awesome. Place is clean. No bugs
No one came into do anything. Still waiting for them to replace my blind rod in my master (blue) bedroom. It's been several weeks since ordered.
I've been at Aventine for over 10 years. That says it all. Very responsive and professional maintenance crew, lawn well kept and the dumpster area is constantly monitored and kept clear of trash on the ground.
A very safe, affordable and relaxing atmosphere
