Highly recommend it! Manager is personable and up front. Plus they have a center where the kids can get help with homework and get to do extra stuff like field trips. I wish all apartment complexes have what I have here.

That is such bull. Ive lived at aventerra for 3 years and i love it here. I've never had any problems. And also let me add that the manager and me have butted heads more then once and my apartment has yet to broken in to. My work order are always done in a timely matter. Plus the girls who work in the office are HOT.
