We lived in the Avenir for 4 years and really enjoyed our time there. We found Keller Management nothing if not fair; maintenance requests were completed in a very timely manner, the property itself was clearly high quality and well-maintained, and the raises in our rent year to year were not egregious. The location was great for walking just about anywhere on the isthmus from UW to the Capitol- the only downside was being so near Mifflin for Mifflin Street Block Party and tailgating days. Lived here the first year it was open and we miss it so much! Dan and Dave were great landlords! They communicate well and truly care about managing the property. The apartment itself had nice finishes and was well kept. After living in many apartments owned by large corporations, Avenir was a breath of fresh air.
Spacious room with good natural light. Acceptable management and a fair price for a new apartment near downtown.
