I lived at The Avenir for 4 years (I’m only moving because I’m leaving the state), and I truly had a great experience the entire time. I’ve never had an apartment I genuinely enjoyed living in before, but The Avenir was a very peaceful place to call home. One of my favorite features was the built-in storage. Recently moved here and my experience so far has been wonderful. Pricing & Location: Extremely well priced especially for Center City. The apartment is a 3 minute walk from the City Hall and Suburban Station. Accessable to all major transit hubs. Move-In Experience: The move-in was really smooth. I've lived at Avenir for over two years now and recently signed my third lease (and could see myself signing another). This building is top-notch and I would recommend it to anybody looking to live in Center City. The building is always spotless, maintenance responds to work orders in a timely manner, and management (Hailey) is fantastic.
