Recently moved here and my experience so far has been wonderful. Pricing & Location: Extremely well priced especially for Center City. The apartment is a 3 minute walk from the City Hall and Suburban Station. Accessable to all major transit hubs. Move-In Experience: The move-in was really smooth. I've lived at Avenir for over two years now and recently signed my third lease (and could see myself signing another). This building is top-notch and I would recommend it to anybody looking to live in Center City. The building is always spotless, maintenance responds to work orders in a timely manner, and management (Hailey) is fantastic.
Leasing specialist, Hailey, was an absolute delight to work with and one of main reasons why I chose Avenir. Rest of apartments didn’t even bother to pick up my call or return my voicemail- if they did, they didn’t offer short term lease that I was looking. Avenir offered a calculator online that showed prices for various lease terms which I really appreciate. Avenir is one of the best apartments to live in Philadelphia..... not only a great location but one os the nicest people I met from the front desk to the leasing office. Hailey has been really amazing and helpful to make sure our move-in was very smooth, and she helped fix minor maintenance issues very quickly. My family does feel at home at Avenir......
