I lived with my husband at Avenir for two years. While we enjoyed the location and had no major issues during our stay, the move-out experience left a lot to be desired. We were charged over $1,600 after leaving, including for full carpet and flooring replacement, even though the apartment only had a small stain and we were respectful tenants throughout. I lived at Avenir for two years. While the location is great and maintenance was generally responsive, my move-out experience was extremely disappointing. Due to a tight schedule, I couldn’t do a deep clean before leaving, but the apartment was in decent condition aside from a coffee stain on the carpet. Recently moved into the Avenir and it’s been amazing so far. The building is lovely and the staff are fantastic, working with Jasmine was so easy and seamless and she and the other staff are extremely kind, helpful, and communicative. So far, only good things!!
