The employees of this shop regularly party out back of the establishment where they invite friends and ignore social distancing guidelines. I can’t imagine that this is a smart place to buy anything from. Least of all contagious meats infested with Coronavirus.
RecommendedThis is one of the best, if not the best, places in SF to get all kinds of the highest quality meats and specialty food items. They do the butchering on site and even offer classes. It’s fascinating history is reflected in the vintage meat locker and display case and big old butcher table. And the people here are wonderful. We are glad Angela worked so hard to keep Avedano’s going and as customers feel lucky to have her dedication and skill at this superb butcher shop.
