Management rolled put a new key fob system that has problems they refuse to fix. The squat rack in the gym is constantly occupied, even during off hours, rendering it extremely inconvenient to use.
Chaliyah was great at helping me through the leasing process recently. Was transparent and helpful throughout and answered all of my questions. Am happy to be moving in in the summer.
I have lived in Avec on H for 6 months and I’ve enjoyed every minute! The rooftop area is spacious and you can’t beat the view. The best part of living here is the staff. All of the concierges at the front desk are so kind and helpful with any problems. The maintenance staff is unbeatable. (especially José and Kevin) They are incredibly responsive and professional and anticipated potential plumbing and security issues with my unit and repaired them before I even noticed there was a problem! I was searching for an apartment in DC due to relocating from out of state for my career (my first out of state relocation). We visited a lot of apartments both virtually and in-person but once we visited Avec on H, it quickly became obvious this place was above the rest and we wanted it to be our home. We toured many great communities in the area due to relocating from Ohio. After we saw Avec on H, we knew we wanted to call it home and we hoped everything would work. In my experience with leasing, a few factors apply to me that can pose challenging and/or can even stop the process altogether such as needing to be added to the lease after the fact since my gf moved (2) months ahead of me for work, I have non-traditional income streams as well as a few additional unique items.
