We have been attending PT, OT, and speech therapy here for 9 years. I have never had an issue with staff or therapist. Everyone is always very friendly and supportive. The front desk staff has been extremely helpful, supportive, and friendly more so recently. We have developed a family within. There are really no complaints I can make.
We have been going here for 7 years, his OT has been with him since he was 6 months old and receiving OT in the home with early intervention. Words cannot express how much her services have ment to us, she has been with us through literally everything and knows my son about as well as I do. I'm sure the doctors here are great, but the admin are unprofessional and unreliable in my experience. They gave my family the run-around for over a month by losing our referral, somehow getting all of our contact info wrong, constantly missing came and communication, and somehow losing our scheduled appointment. When my wife brought our daughter in for her first session, they shrugged it off and said they'd try to schedule her later, but no thanks -- three strikes.
