I have been living here for a couple of years now, and my experience has been great. The location is super convenient for getting just about anywhere, whether to downtown, the highway, or BART. The property and amenities are well-maintained and the staff is very responsive and communicative about routine work and any issues that do pop up. I want to especially shout-out Sophia and Emily for going above and beyond to create a sense of community at the 1960. Extremely friendly & warm environment. The office staff is amazing and I’ve always had great encounters with the neighbors. Amenities are awesome as well. Highly recommend!!
