My husband and I just finished relocating back to No Cal from AZ 5 days ago and we had looked at several apartment complexes in the Spring including The 1960. RUN from this place! They are RACIST! I came here genuinely excited to tour the apartments, and I left completely stunned by how I was treated. When I walked into the leasing office, it was quiet — just me and the staff member at the front. She was a young white woman with dark hair, and the moment she looked up, she gave me this cold, judgmental up-and-down stare that immediately made me uncomfortable. Emily and Sophia are hands down the two most amazing managers and supervisors I have ever met! Thoughtful, courteous, fair and all around beautiful girls! Very inspiring when looking for a new place to live. They can't be beat!!
My husband and I have lived here for 3 years , and it’s been wonderful. The sense of community is really unmatched. The amenities including the rooftop and grill, the clubhouse, the gym and the heated pool are lovely. The staff including Emily, Sofia, and Jose are all amazing, and are becoming friends of ours. They give ample notice whenever they have to test fire alarms, etc. Don’t even get me started on how great the location is. Overall, I highly recommend living here!
