The 1960 is a beautiful complex. And the ladies the leasing office are awesome! I had the pleasure of speaking with them and developing a relationship with them for the future for my business Vet Tech Pet Care. They were kind and passionate and very professional! And I'm very excited in working with them! I'm sure any tenant that moves in here will be very happy with their experience.
I love living at The 1960. The building is maintained and managed by a first class team. The pool is immaculate and sparkling. The walls are thick, as I hardly hear any noise. Also, the location is superb and I always feel safe!
The building has a wonderful sense of community, diverse folks living here, interesting and fun, with the best management and maintenance staff possible. It has been a pleasure since I stepped in on the first day. Pool and facilities are great too, and apartments have great thick walls- not all that common these days.
I can’t say enough. The team has gone out of their way to make us feel at home here. This is a great place to live, and our 4 year old loves it!
