This is a great place to live, between the proximity to the train station and the amenities it's a really great value. All of the staff are very professional and are really helpful also. Highly recommend for anyone to live here.
As a luxury Realtor in Union County, I highly recommend AVE to all my clients who work in NYC or between homes. The property is footsteps from the Union train station and the clients that I have living there, have cut their work commute in half if not more. The building is well maintained, the amenity spaces are hard to compete with, the employees are always a pleasure to work with, and the location is perfect. The hidden gem of Union. Five stars!

The AVE Union has to be one of the nicest living facilities in Union County. It is a perfect spot for someone with or without a family, the amenities are the best around and the staff is tremendous. Great staff and safe building! Danielle and Tricia are extremely friendly and are always willing to help with any questions or concerns. The amenities are a bonus - underground parking garage, 24 hour front door staff, gym, theater, conference room, pool, monthly resident socials!
