Meghan was an ABSOLUTE delight & pleasure to work with. She answered the phone promptly every call, remembered she had talked to me over the phone prior (which I couldn't even remember with how many calls I take a day so I don't even know how that's possible) she also responded to emails answering all questions within less that 30 minutes. My client was so impressed and she sold the property so well - love how informative she was. Not to mention so bubbly & personable - trust you will be in good hands if you lease here!!!!
They don’t have a security deposit but charged me close to 650$ for a carpet renewal for water damage. The carpet was in bad condition when I moved in. I never got an itemized receipt and they said it was irrelevant. My advice before moving in : ask for pictures of the underlying carpet condition. I mean seriously that’s what they told me because that’s what they tell you AFTER your moving out.
I lived at AVE for a year and had a really good experience. The location is incredibly convenient - close to North Lamar, 183, groceries, and plenty of everyday spots - which made life easy without the stress of being downtown. My apartment was comfortable, quiet, and well laid out, and I always felt safe in the community. Noise was minimal, and the space worked well for day‑to‑day living. Excellent service! I have been a customer of the Ave concept for over three years. We are based in Dallas but came to Austin for work, and we found a cozy spot—a place where the service provided by Megan was truly extraordinary. Congratulations! I highly recommend it.
Great experience at the AVE, really good location; Very close to every part of Austin. The team at the front was very welcoming and helpful during her stay. Big shout out to Sandra. Amenities were also awesome.
