Excellent service! I have been a customer of the Ave concept for over three years. We are based in Dallas but came to Austin for work, and we found a cozy spot—a place where the service provided by Megan was truly extraordinary. Congratulations! I highly recommend it.
Great experience at the AVE, really good location; Very close to every part of Austin. The team at the front was very welcoming and helpful during her stay. Big shout out to Sandra. Amenities were also awesome.
AVE is a truly wonderful place to stay in a great neighborhood. Our furnished apartment was new, spotless, and very thoughtfully appointed with good quality kitchen wares and comfortable, stylish furniture. The parking garage is convenient, and the location is great for public transportation, too. The staff, particularly Adriana, Sandra, and Monica, were always friendly and very helpful. This will be our go-to place the next time we have an extended stay in Austin!
Great experience living here in one of their furnished short term stays. Parking and property were both super safe and amenities were super nice as well. Huge shout out to Sandra, Adriana, and Monica for being extremely helpful and welcoming throughout the entire process.
I have had a wonderful experience living at AVE north Lamar! The staff is so kind and welcoming! The apartment complex is clean, quiet, and very safe! Would recommend to anyone moving to Austin!
