Quality Equals Retention – Incredible knowledge and skill, great staff, wonderful atmoshpere. I started going to Avatar nearly 2 years ago and despite not having a disposable income, I have no plans to quit. I also had numerous injuries to contend with, and Eric Hall's skill, knowledge and personal desire to see me improve has made it all worthwhile. Can't imagine going to anyone else.
Superior skill and knowledge – Avatar personal training studio offers top-notch service and knowledge. Having worked with many personal trainers in the past, I have never encountered a personal trainer with the knowledge that Eric Hall has. He understands the human body, how it moves, and that every person is unique in their needs. After working with Eric for a short time, I saw my body reach a level of fitness that I had almost come to accept was no longer possible.
Its working – I've tried many different gyms and trainers but I wasn't satisified with their services. When I started at Avatar I was impressed by Eric's care and attention to my medical and personal needs. Definitely try out this gym, you won't be disappointed!

Eric, the owner, really knows what he is doing and I would recommend him to anyone at any fitness level. The massage therapist, Will, is also excellent. I use him for deep tissue and get better results than ever before.....granted it is a painful but rewarding experience. They are extremely flexible to work within your busy schedule. I also love the private studio atmosphere where you & your trainer are the only ones in the facility.
Like having your own studio – Avatar offers all the equipment and services you need in an atmosphere that is like working out in your own personal studio with your friends. Super convenient for downtown workers and residents and worth the trip if you aren't usually downtown. Offers trainers, massage, yoga and other services and programs.
