Rockwood Avantis can't get our phone in order right. This is the second time. We live across town and it's to much of a hassle to go back for missing ham on a ham and cheese sandwich and I thought you're suppose to get bread on a two piece cod dinner. I guess you have to take your order a part before leaving advanti parking lot to make sure you're getting what you paid for. Unhappy customer.
I ordered food for delivery from this location. I was told the delivery time was 1 hour. After an hour and fifteen minutes I called to find out where my order was and told it was out for delivery and would be delivered in a few minutes. A half an hour later my food hadn't arrived yet and I called back to ask where it was. Again I was told it was out for delivery and would be a few minutes. Ordered a chef salad to go and when I got home it was missing several things. Drove back and returned it and got another one. This is not the first screw up. Earlier this year I ordered spaghetti. When I got home I found out there was no sauce in the order. Really?? Also stale bread now in the gondolas.
