terrible customer service no fork with my food and I got the wrong food called to complain they blamed door dash and then hung up on me
Every time I call to order food they're acting like I'm wasting their time and have a rude attitude to their voice. You picked the job. Make better Life choices if you don't like the one that you have. I'm seriously just considering not ordering anymore simply on this thing alone.
Love the pizza burgers and pizza bread. And the pizzas and the bread.
We loved Avantis but the last few times we have ordered for delivery it has taken an hour and half or longer. The food is always cold. When we call to check status they don’t seem to care and have horrible customer service. Looks like we will be finding a new place to order from.
Ordered 2 pounds of mild wings. Got them home and they are plain wings. I call them to point out their error and I can hear the cook in the background getting smart saying that he hasn't made any plain wings all day. I think I have finallyg learned my lesson about ordering from here.
not sure who is working there right now but just sat on hold for 10 mins only to have them pick up and hang up.............
