Recommendedyes its too expensive but so is everywhere else you should see where i live now way worse than there.
This place was great at first. But they screwed us out of our rent and charged us way too much. (We’d just signed the lease and the next day they lowered the price by $200 and refused to give us the new price) The management here is trash. Don’t live here. The spend all your rent money on crappy cosmetic changes and the spa is always in need of repair. F@ckin great location and this is my 4th year living here but I hate this apartment. Very deceiving on how it looks but no easy way to move stuff, no elevator for disable people, parking door can't be opened manually and no remote control, camera was just installed recently because of complaints, their too strick on what can u put in ur own patio, every year they raise the rent for another 2hundred, etc. Why am I still living here because its hard to move and I don't have the energy to move anymore. I've lived here for 4 years and never had a problem with cock roaches, plus management is quick to respond to problems. With apartment living sometimes bugs happen, but I seriously have never had to deal with this here! Maintenance crew is wonderful and has even been great responding with my finicky chihuahua inside. As for management, always friendly, helpful, and pro-active. Plus, free added bonus of Disneyland fireworks out my back window every night....beautiful....!!
