I showed up as a patient and when I handed my records from the hospital to the person at reception - she looked at me and said "what do you want me to do?". your job. So i waited as they argued over not knowing i was coming that day. An hour later, they put me in a room...with dirty sheets on the bed and blood on the pillowcase...not mine, and I was admitted for a severe staph infection and mrsa. Noel, Larry, and rehab department are very good especially Noel in providing a 110% experience. Also nurse Nancy is very knowledgeable and supportive. The facility itself a lot to be desired.

This place is disgusting. I saw two German roaches in my loved ones room I could imagine what's in the kitchen not to mention they serve powdered eggs and dried up toast every single day for breakfast. When I asked for yogurt, they said they don't carry it. They don't carry fresh fruit, The food is nothing but slop.You can't get anywhere with the staff.
