This place is disgusting. I saw two German roaches in my loved ones room I could imagine what's in the kitchen not to mention they serve powdered eggs and dried up toast every single day for breakfast. When I asked for yogurt, they said they don't carry it. They don't carry fresh fruit, The food is nothing but slop.You can't get anywhere with the staff. My mother is a current resident. She started out in the Rehabilitation Center where she received excellent care. The staff was friendly, kind and helpful. The facilities were well maintained. Once her she reached her maximum rehabilitation goals, she was moved to the long term care side and it has been nothing but downhill from there. They are chronically understaffed and there is so much staff turnover it is impossible to hold anyone accountable for following up on issues. My father has been living here and our family has had a very positive experience. The staff is attentive, caring, and always willing to help the residents with whatever they need. You can tell they truly care about the people living there and treat them with respect and kindness. Since the new management took over, things have improved even more.
