Moved here since February 2026 starting with my pet coming out my apartment in march I put up flyers for it missing since I knew someone in the community had picked her up. Avante employees started taking it down and I lost hope as they were no help. Following with them towing tenants cars by the dozen each day from property during asphalt construction starting in January 2026. Construction work is currently underway in the apartment complex's parking area, leaving no available space for vehicles. The parking facility has been closed off, and residents are being told to park their cars either outside the complex or in any open area they can find. If we park inside the apartment premises, they have the vehicles towed away themselves; if we park outside, the authorities tow them away.
