Mrs D is absolutely amazing at helping!! We wanted to move in right away, and Mrs. D / Delisia helped us to do that! She was very patient and determined to help us, which I appreciate. I am looking forward to my stay here at Avante apartments! :D
Great move in experience, leasing office Ms. Delisia Jacquez was an amazing she has great communication, and a very clean apartment complex.
Moved here since February 2026 starting with my pet coming out my apartment in march I put up flyers for it missing since I knew someone in the community had picked her up. Avante employees started taking it down and I lost hope as they were no help. Following with them towing tenants cars by the dozen each day from property during asphalt construction starting in January 2026. As today May 18th I got my car towed away from my designated parking spot for it “not having the tags up to date” although my registration is current... read more
