My husband and I have been here for over 5 years now and have never had an issue until now this new management has been here for a few months already and she is extremely rude doesn’t care to help we where late on our rent and couldn’t pay it in the beginning of the month when we had enough to complete for rent portal was closed we tried calling multiple times no answer my husband had to go request to go in late to work so he can go speak with manager about our payment she let him know ether we paid month of July and August ... read more
Property has 2 pools and they are green and non functional for over a months now during the hot summer months. 2 Jacuzzi are just mini pools and non functional either. It’s been reoccurring every year for 3 year now. Properties has 3 laundry rooms and 1 is shut down due to fire for over 4 months now and no news of how soon it be fixed... My vehicle got stolen 2 times and the. my license plate also just recently. We have had over 3 different ownerships and aerotequeat sont get answered.
I think the site is broken or something because I tried to set up an appointment for a tour only the cheapest room they have, only to get this…?
