Believe the reviews about ROACHES! Before touring this past weekend, I saw 3-4 reviews about residents' experiences with vermin, but I guess I had to see for myself. I toured a 5th floor unit at 1420 and saw a dead roach in the kitchen upon just a few moments of being in the unit. I know some folks don't mind seeing a roach or two, or perhaps several, but the price point, amenities, location, and "luxury" is not worth it. Living in this building has honestly been a wonderful experience. A huge part of that is because of the amazing maintenance team, especially Louis and Jimmy. They are always friendly, respectful, and incredibly helpful with any questions or concerns. No matter how small the issue may be, they are always there with a positive attitude and ready to help.
