We loved the townhome when we moved in. Things went south when we obtained an ESA. They blamed lawn damage on our pet and didn’t even ask us about it. Our dog was crate trained and a puppy at the time. I felt discriminated against. Then when we moved out we got charged for dry cleaning of the window blinds. And paid for carpet cleaning twice due to our ESA. What a joke. So much for being a perfect tenant.
Very friendly staff and easy to deal with, i had a great experience as a tenant. Highly recommend.
