UPDATE OCTOBER 2025: They are charging me an extra 2 weeks of rent (I'll have moved out and property will be vacant) because me telling management over the phone that I'm moving out does not serve as a "notice to vacate". Overall, my experience living here over the past two years was very good. Aside from my unit, the highlight of my stay was definitely Mario, the security guard, who was always professional, friendly, and reliable. His consistency and positive attitude truly made the community feel safe and welcoming — if I could, I’d give him a raise myself! I jst moved in on Thursday but so far I am loving it it love the city my place is so far amazing I love the amenities n the cleanliness about it is jst great.. let's see how this journey goes.
Took a tour of this property today , unit B522. I saw 2 dead roaches and 1 live roach in the unit, as well as bug spray and some sort of rat traps/poison. The tours were self guided so I’m sure maintenance just didn’t bother to clean it up. Wanted to warn others!
