I am so impressed with Monarch's quality audit! As a data nerd, quantified scores that can be measured and show improvement are right up my alley! Monarch evaluates everything from turf to trees to ants at the start of a contract and scores each category as a baseline. From there, they conduct periodic quality audits to reassess. I would like to say a big THANK YOU to the two gentlemen from Monarch that helped me this morning. My vehicles battery died off Orchid Ridge and Morningbloom Lane in Richmond, and two of the nicest gentlemen with Monarch came to help jump start my vehicle in the pouring rain.
