My latest find at Avant Guard is the Thursday 5:30 Yin Yoga class (I have Learned and experienced so many wonderful things here..THANK YOU RON) Im not into exercising (The understatement of the century), but the Yin Yoga class didn't feel like exercise. Michele modified some of the moves so It was relaxing and didn't aggravate my neck, knee and back injuries (Im a physical mess). Thanks Shell for the invite me to your Avant Guard class understanding my limitations and modifying the moves...
The staff is by far the nicest and friendliest ever. The merchandise is beautifully displayed and very reasonably priced. They offer classes and seminars on the most interesting new age topics available. I just love the place I plan on going back for more and attending more classes as well.
