Excellent Yoga classes with Michele Colavope Ansidel , haven’t been able to go in quite awhile but plan on starting again every other week with my 19 year old granddaughter. Michele is a wonderful yogi and a wonderful person . Give her a try , you’ll love her classes. You can start as a beginner and even with little to no yoga experience or physical limitations one can do it , as she modified what YOU personally can’t do and is so helpful! Very inexpensive! $10 a class! Bonnie �
I have been Alberto’s client for at least 15 years and I couldn’t live without him! Not only do I love my hair every time I leave the salon, I cherish the time I get to spend relaxing to the soothing music and laughing with him while we catch up. I love taking yoga classes in the evenings or shopping upstairs in the thoughtfully curated shop. I’d highly recommend Avant Garde!
