This review relates to one specific transaction. Prior to that experience I've placed a number of orders and always been five-star happy with everything I've purchased. Last summer I placed an order for a ring that had three options for the crystal center stone. I selected clear and to my surprise -- without any communication -- received a ring with a dark crystal.
