I absolutely don't recommend this place. Management changes every 6 months. They hiked rent a ridiculous amount. After factoring in utilities we were paying $2400 a month for an unrenovated unit with one working burner (and an oven fire), staples coming out of the extremely old carpet, heat and hot water kept giving out over the winter, etc. They strung us along and we moved to a 3 bedroom renovated unit for less money, but now they're attempting to milk us for even more money for "carpet cleaning". RecommendedI moved into 10 Light Street a little over a year ago and have loved living here. The amenities are great, the staff is responsive, the location is ideal for my job out in the suburbs. It was the perfect choice when I moved to the Baltimore area.
