It seems like they and other Gables properties like to live on the cusp of what is legal and not legal. When we first moved in it was a different property manager (we had 5 or 6 over two years). When we moved in the carpets were wet. We later noticed a smell and were reassured it was nothing. I re-cleaned and tried to deoderize them but the smell never really went away. I was originally really excited about living at this property, it’s beautiful and has great potential but I have REALLY been let down. I was not allowed to see my unit until after the lease was already signed because of the “pandemic”... I really do love the layout and the apartment itself but they had it airing out before I got here so I wouldn’t notice the horrible smell of urine and feces from the previous tenant locking their animals up in the garage/laundry area and probably not cleaning up the waste for extended amount... read more
I have lived here for 5 months and I do not recommend living here. The complex had my OWN car towed from my OWN reserved parking spot. I had the designated sticker showing properly in my windshield and they still towed me, from my own spot. Not only did they tow my car from my spot, but it’s during this pandemic where the governor has implemented a stay at home policy unless you are an essential employee. RecommendedI have lived here for only 6 months, but I love everything about it so far! Maintenance is very quick to respond. I haven’t too much interaction with the office staff, but that’s a good thing right? Definitely take a look here if you are needing a new place to live!
We have lived here for 9 years and LOVE IT! We are so pleased with the maintenance team and their quick response and communication. It makes us as residents feel like we are important! Thank you to Keith and his entire team for all your help!
I absolutely don't recommend this place. Management changes every 6 months. They hiked rent a ridiculous amount. After factoring in utilities we were paying $2400 a month for an unrenovated unit with one working burner (and an oven fire), staples coming out of the extremely old carpet, heat and hot water kept giving out over the winter, etc. They strung us along and we moved to a 3 bedroom renovated unit for less money, but now they're attempting to milk us for even more money for "carpet cleaning". How convenient the location is to where we usually go. The beauty of the area; but disappointed in all the new development around us. I prefer the open fields. The many close conveniences we have and I can walk to (grocery store, Expo Nails, library, restraunts like Dukes, Post Office, UPS, cleaners, etc).
