Excellent place to live, very nice community.
It's good place just need a little more faster reaction for maintenance requests
WE are BP Global Realty. My agent Marlon Baeza took a client to this building in 2020 leased him a unit and never got payed. We have sent many emails to the property manager and no one has bothered to contact us to pay his commission. If I am a realtor would never take a client to this building because you will never get paid. Very unprofessional of them to treat Realtors like that. I hope someone reaches out to us to get paid for our job. Thank you. #marlonbaezapa
Excellent staff and office support. Very friendly. Awesome place to reside in. Whenever I request maintenance work its done right away. I love it here at 10 Light St. The property is Awesome

It seems like they and other Gables properties like to live on the cusp of what is legal and not legal. When we first moved in it was a different property manager (we had 5 or 6 over two years). When we moved in the carpets were wet. We later noticed a smell and were reassured it was nothing. I re-cleaned and tried to deoderize them but the smell never really went away. I was originally really excited about living at this property, it’s beautiful and has great potential but I have REALLY been let down. I was not allowed to see my unit until after the lease was already signed because of the “pandemic”... I really do love the layout and the apartment itself but they had it airing out before I got here so I wouldn’t notice the horrible smell of urine and feces from the previous tenant locking their animals up in the garage/laundry area and probably not cleaning up the waste for extended amount... read more
