RecommendedIt’s been a year since we moved to Avant at Castle Pines and will shortly be renewing our lease for another year. My wife and I are retired and really like our home here. Yes there are some issues however they are slowly being addressed keeping mind that the management team is new also. At this time I would recommend Avant at Castle Pines. The location is great. We have no issues. Thanks management team for the support.
My six months at this location has been extremely positive. Maintenance staff is competent and punctual.
I love living at Avant. The neighborhood is quiet and the people are friendly. The floor plans are also quite nice and spacious. Best community I’ve lived in yet!
I really love this community and this area. I find management to be responsive - not perfect but pleasant and they try to be as helpful as possible. I love the pool and the new work out area. Great improvements - the grocery next door, Starbucks at the corner, Duke's and Pino's for a nice and quick dinner or drink - sushi - nail salons...This is so handy and lovely.
