RecommendedGood place to live. Close to ATL downtown and has a good maintenance crew. Been here for since fall of 2016 and so far have had a pleasant experience.

I have lived here for 5 months and I do not recommend living here. The complex had my OWN car towed from my OWN reserved parking spot. I had the designated sticker showing properly in my windshield and they still towed me, from my own spot. Not only did they tow my car from my spot, but it’s during this pandemic where the governor has implemented a stay at home policy unless you are an essential employee. We are sorry there was an error with your move in fees due to our new software. As we told you upon your visit, we could have arranged a payment plan for the difference. We handled the leak in your apartment as we did all the other leaks from that evening when the freezing temperatures caused some busted sprinkler lines. No residents were moved to new units. Lovely community, office staff is great and cares about the residents while maintenance keeps the grounds clean and completes work orders in a timely manner
Live somewhere else folks. The staff are incompetent and malicious. We moved out yesterday and I can already see that they are working hard to ensure it is as difficult as possible to pay the final bill. It had an error (which they admitted) but now they've cut us off from being able to pay it online. They seriously go out of their way to make your life difficult in this building. RecommendedI have lived here for only 6 months, but I love everything about it so far! Maintenance is very quick to respond. I haven’t too much interaction with the office staff, but that’s a good thing right? Definitely take a look here if you are needing a new place to live!
RecommendedDunwoody Gables is an awesome place to live. We've been here for almost 3 years. It is a quiet community, dog friendly, and maintenance is super quick and professional (and friendly!).
