I was originally drawn to Avana Westside with the look and feel of the entire place. Very modern and I really liked that. I have to admit that my first 6 months here weren't great. They had a bug problem, the parking lot gate was always broken, and the residents didn't really seem to care. This place has seriously turned around. They did what had to be done to fix the issues. Hired a new bug company, hired a new trash company, made a lot of aesthetic improvements inside and out. I can now honestly say I really like it here. ... read more

very nice architecture and spacious inside the units. Plenty of distance between neighbors, large decks/porches. Nice pool, fitness facility, and covered parking garages, not to mention valet trash disposal.
