RecommendedFor a studio, it's very spacious. The area is nice overall. I don't like how unkempt the property is though. People are very disrespectful with cleanliness and littering, but property management doesn't step up much to help either. The package system is also a huge problem. I've lost hundreds of dollars worth of packages. Decently priced for the area.

The only thing I like about this place is the spacious unit we live in. Apartment complex itself is very dirty. People leave trash everywhere: on the parking lot, in elevators, hallways, staircases. And the management does not do I good job at keeping the complex clean. Very nasty and filthy. I also hate valet trash. The hallways are closed and don't have a good air circulation. One of the best parts of my experiences here has been the kindness and professionalism that I have received from the leasing office, especially from Nick. My husband and I love Avana. We wanted to find a mid-rise that was next to the city with reasonable pricing.
