Edit july 2026 I have lived here since 2017… The last month has started off badly. There have been at least three times my apartment has smelled like weed due to the downstairs neighbors. Im sitting here typing at 2am because my apartment is filled with weed smoke. Since I have reported it, it has only gotten worse. The downstairs neighbors continue to smoke weed and cigarettes. I would definitely have to agree about the smoking problems here. I lived here for 2 years. I left when the management wouldn’t do anything about people smoking weed and cigarettes. It was torture. On top of that, we also had mold issues.

Stay away! My ex girl friend and I lived here. I have to agree about Greystar from other posts. Since they have taken over, cigarette and weed smoke have gone off the chain. They had maintenance and management issues when they got here. But the worst part about this place is the weed and cigarette smoke. It was so bad, we had to leave.i was getting asthma it was so bad. ***Update*** We finally moved out of here. We ended up having a major issue again where our upstairs neighbors were so loud they were keeping me awake late at night and waking me up early in the morning, to the point I was becoming physically ill from lack of sleep. The apartments did address it properly and gave them multiple lease violations and did not allow them to renew their lease. But if you are a light sleeper, do not move in.
