Things seemed to be getting better. But now they seem to be regressing. Kids are starting to come out again supervised and unsupervised. Unless they make sure we don't return to past issues, I wouldn't live here. Kids have been out all day 10 feet from my window playing football. This isn't the same as some kids playing in a normal residential street. The streets here in the complex are often ten feet from the walls of the apartment. Who wants to live in a place where you incessantly cannot even watch your tv in your living ... read more

Staff is great! The community is quiet and safe. The apt is very cute and the size is perfect.
My family and I have truly enjoyed our time at Avana River Park! From the moment we moved in, we have been impressed by the cleanliness and peaceful atmosphere of the community. The apartment units are spotless, and in all our time here, we have never had a single issue with pests—not even once! One of the things we appreciate most is how quiet the environment is.
