These apartment complex are no good they always have the water turned off and people have to get ready for work and have kids to feed and shower as well and their insulation sucks I can always feel the cold from the outside coming in and also the heat they just need to be knocked down and remodeled I hope it happens soon so people don’t keep wasting their money because their more worried about making the dog park look good than fixing the bigger problems in the apartments

Stay away! My ex girl friend and I lived here. I have to agree about Greystar from other posts. Since they have taken over, cigarette and weed smoke have gone off the chain. They had maintenance and management issues when they got here. But the worst part about this place is the weed and cigarette smoke. It was so bad, we had to leave.i was getting asthma it was so bad. I have lived here since 2017…..update ..march 2026. Pick somewhere else. Do not live here if you value your health. My apartment incessantly smells like weed from downstairs neighbors. Thr complex advertises that it is smoke free complex inside and out. It isnt. This isnt the first time. Many nights i actually go out and sleep in my car to be able to breathe clean air because cigarette smoke and/or weed smoke from downstairs neighbors. When Greystar took this place over they hiked the rent, forced people out, painted the place white, and refused to pay me my deposit or reimburse me for the energy they stole from me after I moved out. Many attempts to reconcile this failed. Greystar is a money grubbing company that shouldn’t be trusted and I’ll do my best to make this known until I see proof otherwise.
