I left a great review initially however my opinion of this apartment complex and their parent company greystar living has changed immensely. I was a great tenant. I paid my rent on time, every time. When leaving the apartment after 3 years, I left the unit clean and empty. I received a bill for $2,000 30 days after my lease ended claiming I didn’t pay my last month rent, and billing me for a washer and dryer. I would definitely have to agree about the smoking problems here. I lived here for 2 years. I left when the management wouldn’t do anything about people smoking weed and cigarettes. It was torture.
Edit may 2026 I have lived here since 2017… The weed smokers below me have moved out. Now new ones have moved in. This has happened repeatedly here. Dont move here if you have asthma or allergies or are sensitive to chemicals. It will just get worse here regardless of what the office says. They say they will take care of it. But it either takes over a year per tenant or they are lying. Either one is unacceptable. The complex is supposed to have a no smoking policy. However, jus about every tenant below me has smoked. I have lived here since 2017… edit may 2026 What can I say? The weed smokers below me have moved out. Now new ones have moved in. This is at least the second time this has happened to me here. Nice to know people can poison you….dont move here.
