I have lived here since 2017. My biggest complaint has been the cigarette smoke and weed smell. That seemed to be resolved a few months ago. But it has recently returned. It has basically been a problem the whole time I have lived here. I recently signed a new lease. But if this does t get resolved soon, i will not be renewing my lease next time. Just moved here and they made the move in process so simple and easy!! Super cheap to move in!! Thank you mimi for all the help
***Update*** We finally moved out of here. We ended up having a major issue again where our upstairs neighbors were so loud they were keeping me awake late at night and waking me up early in the morning, to the point I was becoming physically ill from lack of sleep. The apartments did address it properly and gave them multiple lease violations and did not allow them to renew their lease. But if you are a light sleeper, do not move in. loud upstairs neighbors keep me from sleeping virtually every single night. So i cannot recommend living here. I wish i was exaggerating. This is the first apt i have lived in where it is this bad. I wont chage this review until this is fixed. I literally get woken up most nights from 11-1 am…then it continues all night until 6 the next morning.
