I have lived here since 2017… Cigarette and weed smoke seem to be the biggest problems...loud kids playing outside unsupervised. Don't move here if you don't like those things My biggest complaint has been the cigarette smoke and weed smell. That seemed to be resolved a few months ago. But it has recently returned. Avana is a great place to live. The office staff is very nice and helpful and the atmosphere is quiet. The neighbors are friendly.
