The staff was bad when it was Avalon...since Greystar has taken over, it's been the worst case scenario imaginable. The grounds are littered with garbage, the doggie stations are overflowing. The garbage areas are always flowing over into the parking lot. My October rent payment was never posted in the middle of the transition, and no one wants to respond to emails or messages regarding how to fix it. Look the actually buildings of the place are awesome. I love the vaulted ceilings! But never have I lived next to people so inconsiderate of the ones sharing their wall. Also when we complained (4x now) nothing has changed. Not to mention the fact that a few months ago we woke up at 4am to a burning mobile home, not 50 yards from our apartment (a supposed meth lab). It just seems that having a run down play area, along with terrible neighbors, as well as potential drug users/dealers on the back side... how is a 3 bed/2 bath ... read more
I have read what people are saying, and I can totally see their frustration, but it is not Avalon's fault. You rent is not suppose to be late, and you will get penalized for being late anywhere you go. The increase was reasonable, try to find a beautiful apartment like Avalon's for 1400.00, you get a small dingy apartment for more then 1400.00. Their maintenance is fantastic, the staff is great, expect for one lady. The only complaint that I would make is the parking, more parking vs the beautiful wooded area, I will take be... read more
I enjoy the quiet community and well kept grounds. The office staff and maintenance crew are always helpful and professional.
