If they would empty the dumpsters and stop having someone drive around and just take a couple of bags off the top... we pay for garbage and yet we can't get it emptied. All we get from the office Thanks for being so patient, well you don't have to look at it from your balcony or smell it
I was at this apartment when it was Avalon for 2 years until the new management under avana one six four ! Terrible management and not sympathetic to ppl with disabilities ! There are many new apartments going up ! I finally found a condo and got out this place asap !!!! Would not recommend this place for anyone !!!!
My friend lives here currently. He was, and knows, he was late on rent. The noticed on the door says that he could pay the balance plus the late fee in a money order. He went the next day to turn in the money order and they refused to take the payment and was told that he must pay with an e-money order or cashiers check only, remember this was NOT what was in writing on his door. When trying to get the e-money order taken care of he needed a code, that was locked in his locked out online account. No help from management! So ... read more
If I could post pictures her you would see the story that certainly unfolding. Horrible management. They give you the run around and on top of that they have no sense of community what so ever. Being polite doesn't help at all and at this point it's time to start following the chain of coomand.
The only thing they care about is money. Its a shame to call it home.
Never ever rent there! They didnt pay attention to their residents at all! Just charge you as much as they want for any reason
Horrible management here. No communication. No urgency to be helpful. I get charged extra cause they failed to explain anything with the change of management and how they process payments. As one was knowledgeable but very rude and condescending they others seem to be reading scripts. They don't care for the safety of the community here either.
