From my first phone call, talking to Angel and scheduling an appointment to have Beau come out and give me an estimate on a new HVAC unit and a mini-split, I was treated with the utmost kindness and respect. When I called back and spoke with Francisco after I decided to go with their company, I was surprised at the speed that everything moved. We love Avalos! My AC quit cooling our house. Called Avalos, they showed up when they said they would, with a call before to make sure we were still good with the time. Beau was my tech , he was great! He explained all my options and helped me figure out what was best for our situation. He also took the time to explain to my son how the AC works. Very nice guy. Highly recommend Avalos & Beau!
