Parking lot is horrible. Someone crashed into my car at 1am last year and then it was broken into 2 different times after that. Laundry facilities are more expensive and less likely to be working than the local laundry mat. Flyers threatening with fines for anything they could think of. Another dog bit my dog at the dog park and the complaint only elicited a slap on the hand for the other owner. This business is made to suck money out of its tenants. Spacious apartments, beautiful community, and all close to shopping and restaurants! The office, maintenance, and housekeeping staff are all wonderful.
