Broken stove My stove eyes weren’t working and the maintenance team came in and attempted to solve the problem and when they couldn’t they quickly replaced my stove. Great job.

Safety issues This place is in serious decline. Aside from the many comments about how dirty it is there are growing safety issues. The latest is with new door locks installed on everyone’s apartment. They can malfunction and allow anyone to simply push your door open. If you value your possessions and your safety choose a different place to live.
Horrible Support & Communications Positives - the maintenance team is very friendly, attentive, and helpful. Negatives - just about everything else. The building is quite literally falling apart. One of the overhead walkways collapsed on itself months ago and hasn’t been fixed. Trying to get in touch with customer support or the leasing office is legitimately impossible. Terrible place to live One of the worst places we have ever lived. Management doesn’t care about you at all. They will not take care of any issues you have. There is no one here at all. Office is always empty. Goodluck if you ever need something taken care of
Worst place to live Worst place to live. I mean if you love seeing homeless and breaks ins, and dont mind a dangerous environment then its perfect for you! Not to mention shopping carts filled with tenants belongings that are being stolen. There is no security guard and no one in office. They are quick to sign your lease but they will never take care of you
Verified Renter I love living here. Everything is made so easy. It is centrally located. Guest parking is easy and available. The apartments are well taken care of.
Verified Renter Beautiful apartment, built with high end in mind. Rooms are very spacious, the development is spotless and so far my neighbors are very nice and I have only been here one day. I am very happy with my choice to rent at White Oaks.
