New Ownership It is not good living here. New management does not listen. Better deals elsewhere in Wilton. People don’t clean up after their dogs and plumbing constantly needs attention. It’s a mess.

Avalon on Danbury Road The apartment complex is well maintained, very clean and well managed. The apartments themselves are modern and well equipped. The floor plans are probably the only negative aspect of the units. Although they are somewhat large (approximately 1500 square feet), the layout is not well utilized. A lot of space is used by the stairs and the family room and dining room areas are small and a bit cramped. Other than that I love living here. The neighbors are courteous.
