Friendly staff with excellent customer service. Victoria from the leasing office is very sweet and accommodating. Oscar from maintenance has fixed most of my apartment issues, always with great service and in a timely fashion. Nick and Mike from back office have my renewal experience smooth and stress-free. Washer and dryer could use some work.

Avalon on Danbury Road The apartment complex is well maintained, very clean and well managed. The apartments themselves are modern and well equipped. The floor plans are probably the only negative aspect of the units. Although they are somewhat large (approximately 1500 square feet), the layout is not well utilized. A lot of space is used by the stairs and the family room and dining room areas are small and a bit cramped. Other than that I love living here. The neighbors are courteous.
