Verified Renter Beautiful apartment, built with high end in mind. Rooms are very spacious, the development is spotless and so far my neighbors are very nice and I have only been here one day. I am very happy with my choice to rent at White Oaks.
Verified Renter Just moved in to White Oaks at Wilton and absolutely love our apartment. We have 2 dachshunds and enjoy the peaceful walks around the area. The leasing agent, Danielle was a wonderful help our leasing process and settling us in.
Verified Renter It’s a nice place to live, and getting to see the beautiful fall sunsets. I’m on the third floor. The grounds are well kept with green grass and nice plantings. We like it here.

Verified Renter Great place! I love how everything is so close. It’s very nice to have a gym with well equipment. The pool is beautiful. It’s always sparkling and so so clean. The landscape and gardens are very well kept. I love how the flowers bloomed this spring. Can’t wait to see the Fall Season! Danielle and TJ are wonderful and so helpful and responsive.

Verified Renter No presence of staff. Property needs to be walked daily. People don’t follow rules don’t pick up after their dogs. Leave trash on their balconies.
