We started using Avalon Vet to follow Dr. Carey McGowan when she joined the practice. I have had pets my whole life, and Dr. McGowan is one of the best veterinarians I have met. She is patient, kind, honest, informed, and excellent with our neurotic cattle dog. While we came for Dr. M, we are delighted with Avalon staff. Everyone is pleasant, thoughtful, and warm. I truly feel like everyone treats my beloved pets as if they were their own. �
I have always been satisfied with the excellent service I and my pets have received here. I would recommend them to all my friends. They make you feel like your pet is their pet. We couldn't love the staff more. � They are incredible.
I called this evening about an issue with my daughter's hamster. They were able to fit us in on short notice. The exotic vet, Dr. Vought, was so helpful. The staff was extremely friendly and made us feel welcome.
The staff and doctors are amazing. When we first moved to Bellevue, we started taking our dogs to another somewhat local vet. The only reason being, we had a problem and were able to get an earlier appointment there. We have since transferred all of our dogs to Avalon Veterinary Hospital. The staff always makes a follow up call to check on us. The vets call to go over test results, take the time to answer questions and are genuinely concerned with our fur babies well being.
