I was very disappointed in Miriam. She rented us a vacation home that was not clean and poor condition. It also smelled of mildew, had bugs in the bedroom, had a lot of yard refuse left in the yard, and an air conditioning system that did not work efficiently. I would not recommend using this realtor.
If I could leave 0 stars i would. Dirty, moldy, and HOT home (advertised as working AC) that was rented to us, Miriam ended up hanging up when we continued to voice our issues with her and the owner. Unprofessional and not worth the cost at all
We had a terrible experience with this reality company, the home they rented had mold and the air conditioning did not work on the second floor. We tried to work things out with the realtor and she wasn’t able to do anything for us. She stated that she gave the home owner items to fix before renting but she self admittedly never followed up and then rented it that way. I am sorry there are only 5 stars above to rate Miriam Kauterman and her excellent and professional real estate agency. Sometimes the stars do align and this was a perfect example. When it came time to sell our Avalon property, I vetted all of the real estate agencies in Avalon. Initially working via phone, email from out of state and also during the Corona virus I received responses from some, not all.
