Trisha Morley office manger is very professional, accessible, welcoming and helpful. Always has a smile . And Tony and Geoff the maintenance/ service guys are efficient, responding and fixing maintenance issues, the same day or next. Overall the complex is cleanly maintained for a desirable curb appeal. The added bonus is the pool, staffed w/ friendly lifeguards, and gym which has accessible hours. I just want to take time out to thank Geoff from the maintenance team. He has fixed various items through out our home on more than one occasion while living at Avalon Sharon. He is kind and professional with a tremendous wealth of knowledge. Geoff is truly an asset to the Avalon Community.
I just moved and Trisha Morely has made this stress free for us. The maintenance staff Toney and Jeff didn't hesitate to introduce them selfs and lend a helping hand and every time I see anyone who woks here they always ask how we're doing.
Great Apartment community at great location. I have been living here for one year and great experience so far. The best part about this community is prompt maintenance service , they resolve service requests within a day or two.
The maintence men are second to none. They are curteous, competent and professional. I would highly recommend Avalon Sharon. The public education system here is exemplary for those that have young children.
