Jeff in maintenance is excellent. We had a fan issue and he took care of it right away. Very pleasant and efficient. Trish in the office is always very friendly and professional and gets back to you right away, whenever you need anything.
This was our first choice when we moved from FL to MA. We love the area and convenience of being right near the highway, while still feeling quiet. The apartment is well appointed and updated. One of the biggest benefits is the property manager Trisha. She’s excellent to work with and real comfort knowing that she’s around to keep things running smoothly. Thanks for making us feel at home!

We've been here over a year now and from day one we have only had a positive experience with everyone, from Patricia on the management team who is super responsive and helpful to the amazing maintenance crew, especially Geoffrey Cooper who is a true maintenance guru. He's always had our back even after hours. Comes in and takes care of any issues quick and efficient. Both Patricia and Geoffrey are truly an asset to Avalon.
Today we get help from Jeff to fix the disposal and fan issue. And he also provides extra support on filter change which leads me to give a thumb up!

I have lived at Avalon Sharon for over 4 years. Last year they remodeled the apartments and they are beautiful! I love living here! Trisha Morley, Leasing Supervisor is wonderful and responds to calls and emails very quickly. Maintenance staff are great and any repairs are completed quickly and they always say hello you when you walking around the complex. Very dog friendly and my dog loves living here too!

My husband and I love living at Avalon Sharon. We feel like we are on vacation. Our home is beautiful and we have the best staff working here. Trish in the office is so sweet and accommodating and Sean and Tony working to help with anything that goes wrong. They’ll even change a light bulb. There are more Maintenance people whose names escape me at this time. We are so happy living here. Thanks to the wonderful people who work here 💚💚💚
