avalon is it – let me just break it down real simple for you: val for mani and pedi jorge for massage, yumm irina for facial - seriously incredible - all different treatments, then 3 masks, massage on feet and hands and arms while masks were on, great extraction with little redness

angel is a descendent of the gods – from the time I walked in the door, I knew I was in for a pleasurable experience! I had never been to angel before and he made me feel amazing during and after my whole color treatment with him. If any of you girls out there need a little boost, call up avalon and request Angel for a hair do. It does a world of good.

VERY SKILLED!! – I went to this salon last night for the first time and am so happy with the results!! I had both waxing and a hair cut, and cannot complain. The waxing was very professionally done, and CHEAP! The haircut was as expensive as anywhere else in the city, but they actually listen when you tell them how you'd like it done, which is well worth the price! I will go back in the NEAR future!

Agata rocks!! – I go to Avalon religiously for waxing. I only use a wonderful woman named Agata. She is so fast, so sweet, and makes you very comfortable! She's like a therapist! I've never used any of the other services, but the prices are great, and i've heard only good things from friends. Between me and my friends, we've gotten about 10 people going to Agata!

Loved it – I've gotten my hair cut by Zak, and he is WONDERFUL!! He actually listens and does a great job. and I LOVED the way Olga waxed, she is patient and precise. It's definitely worth the trip.

Great Waxing! – I found Avalon when I moved to the hood about 2 1/2 years ago and I love this place. If you are a waxing fiend like I am, go to Olga. She is the sweetest and most precise person I have met there. The atmosphere is so soothing and there isn't any attitude, at all! So go to Avalon and enjoy!

Comme si, comme ca – Being a regular patron of the Blind Tiger and being in need of a hair cut I peformed countless hours of due diligence on local barbers in the vicinity and chose Avalon. When I called for an appointment on the same day, I spoke to a friendly person who eagerly assigned me to a stylist. I arrived early, was greeted politely, but was not offered coffee, tea or water. a little oasis in the big city – I've only used their massage therapy service, and it is excellent. The therapists (and I've had about 14) range from really good to superior. The styles vary, but each has contributed to my well being greatly. My monthly indulgence is worth every penny.
