Great team to work with!
Booked a house back in February of this year for the week of 08/15/2026. An agent called me a week prior and said, "sorry, there was a double booking, all we can do is give you the following week." We had already reserved time off of work months prior so that was impossible. Myself and my family were so excited for our much needed vacation. Entire summer = ruined and my 4 year old daughter was absolutely heart broken, as was I. I've been waiting to hear back about my refund but I get no returned calls. You charged us $35K for a week of headaches. All of your appliances need to be serviced including the dryer vent that is a fire hazard. We cleaned it out for you... you're welcome. Your washing machine and dishwasher have errors until WE YouTube'd how to fix them... you're welcome. Your sofas are stained, your rugs are tripping hazards except where you secured them with packing tape. Your windows leaked and your blankets have holes.
