I read so many review stating they are good. I agree that they are pretty nice when you leave there. When you are about to leave them, they show their real colors. Pretty bad experience when leaving. They replaced the entire carpet claiming that my furniture damaged the carpet in a spot. I had used the same furniture in another apartment in the same Avalon complex and had no issues when moving to another apartment last year. They just did it because I was moving out of Avalon and don't really care.
The best place in my opinion, they're very friendly...........
